What it is
The living floor plan of your organisation in oc8. Each department is a “room”; agents appear as people/tiles inside those rooms.
What it is for
- See at a glance which teams exist and who is busy
- Jump into a department board or an agent detail page
- Orient new users after login (“where is everyone?”)

What you do here
- Scan department rooms for load and status.
- Click a department → Departments detail (task board).
- Click an agent → Agents detail (run, chat, config).
